As things stand tonight we are still in the driving seat! We'd all have taken that a couple of weeks ago. lets Flood Marine with amber and black and cheer the boys to a win!

Exactly, even if tonight is a draw and Guiseley lose Ferriby will surely beat Durham meaning we'd need at least a point at Marine, that would still be a great position to be in though.

I seem to remember Paul Hirst after the Ferriby game saying what a massive point that could prove to be. Knows what He's talking about, that one!

Over 100 on here by the look of the front page, how many more at BPA?

More atmosphere on here for sure! It reminds me of the night we were listening to that dreary dirge hoping that Radio Gimps might decide to furnish us with some news of our FA hearing...

If that was the scenario we would have to hope that BPA (assuming they didn't finish top) have a bad semi-final which would mean we play at home in the final if successful in the semi.

Agreed. Dont fancy watching the final at that dump with the running track even if it is a damn site closer to where I live!

Check out this very unusual goal..

Those of us that made the ill fated trip to Durham to find the game postponed, may be glad after seeing this...

The club should offer all Kings Lynn season ticket holders free entry to the game ......  :)

I totally agree.
There is a fan base who have lost their club, certainly for the rest of this season some of whom might be happy to continue to follow us for the rest of this season, increasing our gates. The loss in revenue from those season ticket holder who might make the trip anyway will surely be minimal, and the upside "could"  be considerable.
I won't make the game due to being closer to the other Boston on boxing day but being a sports fan I think we are going to a basket ball game that day.

I agree too, think this is an excellent idea. the loss in revenue les refers to could be made up by the increase in takings at the social club / catering anyway..

Dreadful a bit harsh Pete. Credit to them (steels) they played well. Their two centre backs were immense both literally and figuratively and neither DD or Saurez got any change out of them all night. SPS were up for it, first to the ball a lot of time but then gave it away. This usually resulted in us playing the long ball.

Missed our goal was still queing for my pie so can't comment on it but we did not really create much after that. it was reminiscent of some of our early games with too much emphasis on the long ball.

Don't understand why we didn't get the ball to Yates' feet more. Their goals were well taken efforts.

overall an entertaining game but a disappointing display/result after what we have come to expect recently. Stocksbridge look to be having something of a resurgence so keeps things interesting at the top...
